What this site collects.

You can browse this website without creating an account. If you submit an enquiry, we collect the details you provide to handle your requirement and follow up with you.

Enquiries

The enquiry form asks for your name, an email address or phone number, and your product or requirement. You may also provide a company name, quantity, delivery location, enquiry type and further details. Please include only information needed for your enquiry.

Submitted enquiries are stored using Cloudflare and may be exported for our team to handle enquiries and maintain related business records. An on-screen reference confirms that your enquiry was received; it does not confirm an email notification or a reply.

Cloudflare Turnstile checks submissions to help prevent spam. We also store a salted hash derived from your connection's IP address and a hash of the submission to limit abuse and avoid duplicate enquiries. Our enquiry database does not store the raw IP address. Cloudflare processes connection and verification data as part of providing these services.

We retain enquiry details and related identifiers for as long as needed to handle enquiries and maintain relevant business records. We do not automatically delete enquiries after 30 days. Contact us at the address below to request access to or deletion of your information.

Website analytics

We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how the site is used — which pages are visited, and where visitors tap, scroll, or leave. Clarity sets two first-party cookies (_clck and _clsk) to recognise a returning browser, and may replay how a session interacted with the page. This usage data is processed by Microsoft under the Microsoft Privacy Statement. We use it for one purpose: improving the site.

The enquiry form and its acknowledgement are marked for masking in Clarity session recordings. Our custom analytics events record actions such as starting or submitting an enquiry; they do not include your form contents or search terms. Clarity is enabled on the production website, not on our staging preview.

We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure page visits and loading performance. Cloudflare Web Analytics does not use cookies. Its processing is described in the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.

When you choose email or WhatsApp from the enquiry form, the details you entered are included in a draft in that app. You review and send it there. WhatsApp, phone and email services process those communications under their own terms and privacy policies. We may count that a contact button was tapped; that count does not confirm a message was sent or delivered.
